  • 1 bunch Swiss chard, stems and leaves separated and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon CÓCOES Organic Coconut Flower Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon CÓCOES Organic Coconut Flower Syrup - Light

  2. Toss in the chopped Swiss chard stems and stir-fry them for a couple of minutes.
  3. Add the leafy Swiss chard and continue stir-frying until it wilts.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the CÓCOES Aminos, CÓCOES Vinegar, and CÓCOES Syrup - Light.
  5. Pour the sauce over the stir-fried Swiss chard and stir gently to coat everything evenly.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional) for a final touch of texture and nutty aroma. Serve as a side dish or over steamed rice.
