Swiss Chard Stir-fry
This quick and easy stir-fry involves sautéing thinly sliced Swiss chard leaves and stems in a hot pan with ingredients like garlic, ginger, and soy sauce. The result is a delicious and visually appealing dish that highlights the tender texture of Swiss chard while preserving its wholesome goodness.
- 1 bunch Swiss chard, stems and leaves separated and chopped
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon CÓCOES Organic Coconut Flower Aminos
- 1 tablespoon CÓCOES Organic Coconut Flower Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon CÓCOES Organic Coconut Flower Syrup - Light
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
- Warm the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, letting them sizzle and release their fragrant oils for about 30 seconds.
- Toss in the chopped Swiss chard stems and stir-fry them for a couple of minutes.
- Add the leafy Swiss chard and continue stir-frying until it wilts.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the CÓCOES Aminos, CÓCOES Vinegar, and CÓCOES Syrup - Light.
