Sticky Grilled Pork Belly

  • 1.5 pounds pork belly, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup ketchup or banana sauce
  • ¼ cup CÓCOES Organic Coconut Flower Syrup Dark
  • 2 tablespoons CÓCOES Organic Coconut Flower Aminos
  • 2 tablespoons CÓCOES Organic Coconut Flower Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  1. Slice the pork belly thinly, about ¼ inch strips
  2. In a bowl, mix the following ingredients:

    1/3 cup ketchup or banana sauce, ¼ cup CÓCOES Organic Coconut Flower Syrup Dark, 2 tablespoons CÓCOES Organic Coconut Flower Aminos, 2 tablespoons CÓCOES Organic Coconut Flower Vinegar, 2 tablespoons oyster sauce, 2
    tablespoons garlic powder, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  3. Set aside 3-4 tablespoons of the marinade for basting.
  4. Into a mixing bowl, combine pork with the rest of the marinade. For best results, cover and refrigerate overnight, or marinate at least 10 minutes before cooking.
  5. Grill the pork belly, flipping and basting with the reserved marinade
