- 10 large tiger prawns
- 2 teaspoons CÓCOES Organic Coconut Flower Aminos
- 2 teaspoons chopped coriander root (cilantro root)
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped spring onion
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- Peel and devein the tiger prawns, leaving the tails intact for presentation. Arrange them neatly on a plate.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the CÓCOES Aminos, coriander root, oyster sauce (if using), and ground black pepper.
- (Optional) For a more intense flavor, marinate the prawns in the sauce for 15-30 minutes before steaming.
- Fill a steamer basket with water and bring it to a boil. Carefully place the plate of prawns in the steamer basket and steam for 8-10 minutes, or until the prawns are opaque and cooked through.
- Once cooked, remove the prawns from the steamer and immediately drizzle them with the prepared sauce. Garnish with the chopped spring onion and enjoy!
- (Optional) Add a squeeze of fresh lime juice for an extra citrusy touch.
