Steamed Tiger Prawns with Coconut Aminos Glaze

Fresh, succulent tiger prawns bathed in a delicate coconut aminos glaze. Light, flavorful, and perfect for a seafood lover's delight.

  • 10 large tiger prawns
  • 2 teaspoons CÓCOES Organic Coconut Flower Aminos
  • 2 teaspoons chopped coriander root (cilantro root)
  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped spring onion
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  1. Peel and devein the tiger prawns, leaving the tails intact for presentation. Arrange them neatly on a plate.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the CÓCOES Aminos, coriander root, oyster sauce (if using), and ground black pepper.
  3. (Optional) For a more intense flavor, marinate the prawns in the sauce for 15-30 minutes before steaming.
  4. Fill a steamer basket with water and bring it to a boil. Carefully place the plate of prawns in the steamer basket and steam for 8-10 minutes, or until the prawns are opaque and cooked through.
  5. Once cooked, remove the prawns from the steamer and immediately drizzle them with the prepared sauce. Garnish with the chopped spring onion and enjoy!
  6. (Optional) Add a squeeze of fresh lime juice for an extra citrusy touch.
