  • 6-8 oz. Raw salmon sliced, sushi-grade is best
  • 1 shallot, minced finely
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon CÓCOES Organic Coconut Flower Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Capers
  • ¼ cup spring onions, chopped
  • ¼ cup red chili, chopped
  • Edible flowers
  • 1-2 tablespoons salmon caviar (Ikura)
  1. Carefully slice the salmon into ¼ inch thick pieces.
  2. Drizzle olive oil, CÓCOES Organic Coconut Flower Vinegar, and lemon juice on a plate.
  3. Place the salmon slices on the plate and drizzle more olive oil on top.
  4. Garnish with capers, shallots, spring onions, red chilis, and edible flowers.
  5. Top with salmon caviar (Ikura).
  6. Finish with additional edible flowers, spring onions, olive oil, and lemon juice.
