- 6-8 oz. Raw salmon sliced, sushi-grade is best
- 1 shallot, minced finely
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon CÓCOES Organic Coconut Flower Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Capers
- ¼ cup spring onions, chopped
- ¼ cup red chili, chopped
- Edible flowers
- 1-2 tablespoons salmon caviar (Ikura)
- Carefully slice the salmon into ¼ inch thick pieces.
- Drizzle olive oil, CÓCOES Organic Coconut Flower Vinegar, and lemon juice on a plate.
- Place the salmon slices on the plate and drizzle more olive oil on top.
- Garnish with capers, shallots, spring onions, red chilis, and edible flowers.
- Top with salmon caviar (Ikura).
