Mayak Eggs in Aminos Sauce

- 6 pcs eggs1 cup water (for marinade)
- 1 tablespoon CÓCOES Organic Coconut Flower Vinegar
- 3 tablespoons CÓCOES Organic Coconut Flower Aminos
- 3 tablespoons CÓCOES Organic Coconut Flower Syrup (Dark)
- 1 tablespoon green chili, chopped1 tablespoon red chili, chopped
- 1 tablespoon spring onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon roasted sesame seeds (white)
1. Boil water in a pot and add 1 tablespoon of CÓCOES Organic Coconut Flower Vinegar.
2. Gently lower each egg into the boiling water.
3. In a bowl, combine 1 cup of water with 3 tablespoons of CÓCOES Organic Coconut Flower Aminos and 3 tablespoons of CÓCOES Organic Coconut Flower Syrup (Dark).
4. Add 1 tablespoon each of green chili, red chili, spring onions, and roasted sesame seeds. Mix well.
5. Transfer the eggs to the marinade and refrigerate overnight.
