COCOES Chicken Orange Skewers

A fresh tropical take on grilled chicken. The mix of orange marmalade, COCOES Aminos Lite, and sweet pineapple creates a light, flavorful dish that’s perfect for sunny days and shared meals.

  • 2 tablespoons COCOES Aminos Lite
  • 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 500 g chicken breast fillets, cut into 4cm cubes
  • 300 g fresh pineapple peeled and cut into large 4cm cubes
  • 1 large red capsicum, cut into 4cm chunks
  • 8 x 24cm long thick bamboo skewers, soaked in water
  • 10 pcs cherry tomatoes
  • Lime wedges and coriander to serve

Basting sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons COCOES Aminos Lite
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Mix orange marmalade, COCOES Aminos Lite, garlic, and ginger. Marinate chicken for at least 30
    minutes.
  • Thread chicken, capsicum, pineapple, and cherry tomatoes onto skewers
  • Grill over medium-high heat 10–12 mins, turning. Brush with basting sauce,
  • Serve with extra marmalade, lime wedges, and coriander.
