Banana Waffles

- 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp CÓCOES Organic Coconut Flower Syrup Dark
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Mash the 3 ripe bananas until smooth
- Whisk together the egg, melted butter, salt, milk, and CÓCOES Organic
Coconut Flower Syrup Dark - Gradually stir in the flour and baking powder until the batter is smoot
- Preheat and grease the waffle iron, then pour in the batter
- Cook until waffles are golden brown and crisp
- Serve hot with fruits, nuts, and a drizzle of coconut syrup if desired
