Banana Waffles

  • 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp CÓCOES Organic Coconut Flower Syrup Dark
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  1. Mash the 3 ripe bananas until smooth
  2. Whisk together the egg, melted butter, salt, milk, and CÓCOES Organic
    Coconut Flower Syrup Dark
  3. Gradually stir in the flour and baking powder until the batter is smoot
  4. Preheat and grease the waffle iron, then pour in the batter
  5. Cook until waffles are golden brown and crisp
  6. Serve hot with fruits, nuts, and a drizzle of coconut syrup if desired
